THERAPY FOR YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS (14+)

Help for the struggle specific to figuring out who you want to be and sorting out what matters to you

Life with family, friends and school is challenging for all teenagers and more so if you're feeling stuck in a struggle with anxiety, repetitive negative thoughts or maybe really intense emotions.  You can figure out how to become more in control despite the really tough thoughts and emotions that can get in the way.

*This type of psychotherapy can involve a parent joining sessions sometimes to support their youth.  This is a separate service from family therapy.

*You might be the parent of a youth who doesn't want to talk to a therapist, please feel welcome to book a free 15 minute consultation with me to see if I can help you help your teenager (without them attending therapy).

Fee: $185 (60 minute session)
